Privacy Policy

YUVANITI is an initiative of Swapna Foundation, Lucknow. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone — the sections below cover the forms you fill in and nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our forms: your name, email address, and — where the form asks for it — a phone number, organisation, district, date of birth, or a written answer or question. We do not collect this information passively; nothing is recorded unless you submit a form.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in our Firestore database, a Google Cloud service, hosted and secured under our own account. The Get Involved / contact form additionally sends a copy to our email address so the team sees it promptly.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to process an opportunity application you have chosen to submit, or — for the participant tools — to review and, where selected, feature your question or idea at a Yuva Samwaad dialogue. We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not use it to profile or target you with advertising.

Who can see it

Only YUVANITI’s own team, through an access-controlled internal review tool. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party, and we have no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Local storage

The multi-step application form saves your progress on your own device (browser local storage) so you don’t lose work if you close the tab. That draft never leaves your device until you submit the form; clearing your browser data removes it.

How long we keep it

We keep application and enquiry data for as long as needed to process it and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you’d like your data deleted sooner, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing us. We will act on a reasonable request promptly.
