- Yuva Samwaad puts students in front of serving ministers and senior officials. Someone has to build that — the format, the roster, the room.

- Swapna Foundation runs education, health, environment and community programmes across Lucknow. You will see both halves of the organisation.

We do not publish a response time, so we will not promise one. We will tell you either way.
Questions
What do I need before I start?
About ten minutes, and a link to your CV that anyone with the link can open. Alongside it we ask you to describe something you have actually organised, built or led — that part matters to us as much as the CV does.
How long does the application take?
About ten minutes, in four short steps. Your answers are saved in your browser as you go, so you can close the tab and come back — though you will need to attach your CV again.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes. Apply to each separately — the questions differ by role, and each application is read on its own.
I am still studying. Should I apply?
Yes, if the role says so. Several of the things YUVANITI runs were built by students.
Not the right role?
YUVANITI also takes volunteers and interns throughout the year, and works with universities and partners on dialogues.
